Kop-Flex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kop-Flex KHP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kop-Flex KHP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the KHP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our KHP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 60BS23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSB240S1 manufactured by Magpower and we are pleased to be able to service most Magpower systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC502 by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Love-Joy Brand 6851444133511724 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as 80B21 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 725N3600APU1S1EN by Marsh-Accu-coder and 80B21 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
